The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at MITS Bhubaneswar is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
The ICC is responsible for:
- Addressing complaints related to sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination.
- Ensuring fair, confidential, and timely redressal of grievances.
- Promoting awareness about gender sensitivity and respectful conduct through workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Upholding the dignity and rights of individuals within the campus community.
